I will claim them to be resistant but not water/ beer proof.
The battery is in the bottom of the 3rd picture with the orange wire coming off it.
Its in a 100 Qt Ice Chest.

wow, that's a nice build man...me and a friend of mine just built one in a 48 quart ice chest...pioneer deck with pioneer 6x8s, pioneer 6.5s, cheap sony xplode 10" sub, cheap dual two channel amp...running on a 35 amp hour AGM battery....thing runs for like 8 hours on a single charge
