Default exhaust on! LTs, catless, Borla Xr-1 3" all the way

Man this sucker sounds mean . . . I might . . . might. . . add a bullet in front.

It's 3" from the collectors, to the bumper. After the axle, and then dumped. Little if non at all resonance. I'll take some pics later on.
Pacesetter's LTs, no cats, and a Borla XR-1 muffler. It's a little raspy at low WOT, but after 2,800 or so, it's all gone.

This guy did some fantastic work. Painted all of his welds, no over spray, brand new copper gaskets (that I didn't ask for) stainless bolts and hangers. Really great work.

without pics and sound.

Thats the same setup that I am going with, except im gonna dump right out of the muffler, before the axle. Glad it sounds good.

Anyone know how to get rid od the raspy down low? Would something like this kill too much flow?

Affordable muff, on Diary Ashford, and I-10. Cool, respectable guy. He asked what all that I wanted, and it was ready when he said it would be. I brought him the Pacesetter ORY, and the Flowtech header flange reducer kit. He added on it, made it longer, put the cross over behind the cross member. Used copper gaskets.

I'm lovin it so far, I'm going to start looking for another XR-1 and run duals and see what that sounds like. The upper RPMs at way better, vs the stock manifolds and cats. The smell isn't that bad, but noticable. I did a couple of roll punches with 4.8 liters of cola, over at Charley's place, he heard me everywhere. . . . There's some drone below 1,800. I only notice it when I'm in the parking garage setting off alarms.

Vids will follow.

Which Borla XR1's, or are there more than one? I really like the sound of my Quickflow @ WOT and the performance of it is awesome, but really would like something a bit louder. I had been thinking about either Imco extremes or even dare I say Flowmaster single chamber or maybe even spinteks or something, but a single borla may do the trick.

Mind you I am running LT's, but have magnaflow highflow cats, which the maggie cats are louder than the stock cats, but still.
