That looks like the poor man's version of the lady's house who lives up the street from my folks. She has a creek running underneath her house.

here is my guess.
their gona jack it up and place an axel all the way in the back and one in the front.
roll that puppy forward as far as they can, put the center wheels on pavment and load the front with weight to counter balance ther back.
then just slowly pull forward till it is clear.

I hope the owners were smart enough to have movers that have insurance. It doesn't look like a modular home either, so, there could be a lot of damage in places you can't see.
