Default Anyone that prays

I usually dont put my business on the street, but to make a long story short, I know prayers work.

Im in a situation with my boys mom, and shes well to be nice, causing issues.

To make a long story short,
We got divorced in 01, we have 2 boys Blaize and Hunter. Blaize is 10 and Hunter is 8. We split and had week to week custody. She broke a court order and moved out the parish (county for yall non Louisiana residents) then we went to the common every other weekend crap. Then she moved to Tennessee and now I get them whenever she decides to let me have them, even though the last custody agreement is still in effect (every other weekend and half the time they are out fo school)

She hasnt even let me talk to them since October 12th, except for twice I got to talk to Blaize by accident kinda.

I dont need to hear all the BS about what I need to do. I know she has broke MANY laws, but Im the one that always ends up in jail. If you have some GOOD advise Id love to hear it. Understand I have over $70k worth of attorney fees spent on this case, all I want is to see my kids more. We had a conversation today and she said some things that hopefully will help me, we'll have to wait and see. Till then, keep me in ya'lls prayers if you dont mind

man, that is one, if not the hardest situation to ever have to deal with and of course my prayers are there for you that it works in your favor, that your children get to spend time with their father. I might suggest that you pray for her....yeah, I know it sounds funny but praying for the person that causes you grief somehow helps, at least relieves.

maybe this can help.

one of my friends is kind of in the same boat as you.
old lady left the county, then left the state, when a court order said other wise.
at first his lawyer did not want to do it, said it was a long shot at best.
with her out of state and leaving no forwarding address, he went back in a sued for custidy of his daughter on the grounds of violating the court order.
she was no longer in this county, no longer enrolled in this school, and other stuff.
after about 3 months of waitting and her not showing up he won.
he went to where she lived, got the local cops to go with him, handed her a copy of the papers, picked up his kid and left.

Consider it prayed for.

I have known many people in your position. One of the best things I could tell you, if she is in Tennessee, and all else fails, move to Robertson Co, Tn. Thats where I am, and it is the best place to live if a man wants to fight for his kid. I also know a killer lawyer here.

If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Bad situation bro. I'd say Bill had some good advice about praying for your ex. Ask the big JC to help her act rationally, and to give you the intelligence to forgive her. Longshot, I know, but you'll move through things much easier once you've forgiven her. Then you'll have a cooler head to proceed with the legal bullcrap that much better. Good luck dude, terrible time for you I'm sure.

Explain that to the judge that sent me to jail and let her leave the state in 05!!!

No offence, this is not what Im asking for, I know what the law says, but I have learned the hard way that a family court judge is above GOD in their court room. Laws dont mean ****!!!

No offene, but Ive been there, done that, and dont have the $365k to take it to supreme court and have the judge dis-barred!!
