A man of good words!!! Trever helped me in a bit of a bind when Imoved to St. Croix (left the states with $543 to my name) I respect your words very much. i have been praying for her very much. Once we seperated she became a "born again christian" (noticed the "c" not capitalized, and I am a Christian!!!)

I pray for her, that the Lord may have mercy on her soul, I definatly will NOT!!!!! Im the most forgiving person, but when you FU(K with my kids, all bets are off.

Trevor, if youre interested, PM me you email addy, Ill email you some recordings for your enertainment!!

Im the same usually, thanks for the thoughts, and the honesty to say that rather than the common "youre in my prayers" then to never pray!

A saying fits, my late father used. The best judges money can buy.

I hope it works out for ya. It's truly unfortunate when 2 people go their separate ways, & they have kids. The kids always suffer.

No offence, this is not what Im asking for, I know what the law says, but I have learned the hard way that a family court judge is above GOD in their court room. Laws dont mean ****!!!

No offene, but Ive been there, done that, and dont have the $365k to take it to supreme court and have the judge dis-barred!!
Well just to let you know I live in Louisiana and have FULL custody of my son for the last 6 years. She had shared custody until she moved out of state, now she sees him when I say she can.Just because she is a woman does not give her first say.Prove you are a better parent or dirt on her and you will win.Not trying to be an ***,just trying to help out.

Prayer does have an effect on your heart. Can't explain it but it does. I hated my ex-wife until I prayed for her. I hated the person that attacked me and caused me permanent body damage, until I started praying for him.

Prayer does work, if you study how to use it properly. At the risk of coming across as a "wierdo", I felt the need to pray for a friend and his business that has been a little slow. I spent some time in prayer for him last night, and today he said was one the busiest days he has had in a long time. He had done nothing to change his advertising or anything.

No matter how hard I pray for myself, they seldom get answered. However, when I pray for others, they usually do get answered in some way. If you study biblical prayer thats alot of how it works.

Let me say one huge thing about prayer and how I know it works. Once again here comes the "WIERDO" The bible says not to cast the splinter out of someones eye when you have a BEAM in your eye. What that means, get things right with yourself. I understand the situation you are in. If you want God to heed your request, you must first set things right with him. Sit down and clear your heart with Him, have your account in good standing with Him. Confess sins and ask forgiveness, once that is out of the way, plead your case. Never forget to thank God for what he has done for you and what you have.

Weither you are a devote Christian or not, this will have a mental effect. This will release your mental burdons and lay it somewhere else. Thanking Him for what you have, will make you have better respect for where you are in life and give you a positive outlook.

Take it to heart, or leave it behind. I thought I should share.

In my prayers

Didnt take it that way. Ive been fighting this since 01, and she has continued to break laws, court orders etc. I keep going to jail. WTF? Unfortunatly the family court judge is GOD in their courtroom.

Maybe go talk to Steven Sheets. From what I've heard, he's the badest M.F. lawyer in town. My buddy used him. His soon to be ex almost started crying when she saw him walk in the court room. She asked "Why are you sicking him on me". Just a thought. I'm prayin for ya

*sigh* One more of few already sent, buddy. Just keep a "cool" head.

"HE may not come when you want him, but HE'LL be there right on time!"

Hope this works out in your favor. I hate people who try to use the kids to "screw over" their ex. I hate it more when a Judge takes up for the 'mom' no matter what. Hopefully your kids are smart enough to see what their mom is doing.

Good luck.
