Got a 99 Yukon..
recently I have noticed that the truck has been having a musty smell to the interior..
so opon further inspection I have found that the where the 2 condensor lines go thru the wall, as well as the drain hose for the A/C, it is leaking really bad here where there is a foam seal around all three lines..
the leak is between the firewall and the foam seal..
what can be done here to fix the problem????
anybody have this problem before?
I havnt had to mess with one yet, although I here it is a common problem..
thanks for the help,
Daniel

is it just a condensation? if so fill up the hole with some rtv or something... then insulate the tubing just like you would a residential a/c, electrical tape or some pipe insulation will do

dont know what else I can do.

is it where it's going through the firewall? can you maybe spray some expanding foam up there to surround the pipe? basically if you can insulate the pipe it won't sweat and the problem is solved. If it's the actual coil that is sweating that much, other than cleaning the drain hole, there really is nothing you can do.
