Me and my buddy were gettin some ice from his soon to be father inlaws warehouse.
Well we had filled one cooler up and was working on another one.. When we heard something outside..
Saw this white car go by then back up. it stops. Wasnt too sure what to think. Then i see a shadow on the ground, i look to my buddy and point to the shadow...

it had to be atleast 10-15 seconds, then this guy (i got another name but i dont want to offend anyone) comes in, with a yellow shirt wrapped around his face. Grabs my buddy on the shoulder and shoves his finger in his back like he had a gun and said "Give me all your MF money!). My first reaction was to grab the guy, i grabbed him by the neck and pushed him outside.

He wasnt copperating so i hit him in the head 2 times with this metal ice scoop. i was aming for his eye but he moved and i hit him in the temple, so then i hit him again. He punched me in teh face and i fell to the ground.

I kicked him between the legs 2 times and then he jumped on my buddy who was goin toward my truck. the guy hit my buddy in the back of the head and in the jaw.

I grabbed my XD .40 out of my console and drew down on this guy, then another guy got out of the car, so im steady trying to look for what my buddy is doin, watching both guys..

The first guy jumps in the car and the other one takes off running, im steadly easing toward them with my XD in hand, Finger wasnt on the trigger yet..

Then the guy in the car goes to take off, but forgets his buddy. So im standing here in my stance with my XD pointed at this guys chest (15 yds). The guy throws the car in reverse so i take cover by my truck and turn around and put my finger on the trigger and had it aimed at the drivers head.
The other guy jumps in the car and off they go..

I check on my buddy and he aint hurt too bad, just bruised,, i got a swollen eye and small cut.. and pissed,,, my buddy called the Police which aint but 500yds away.

Get a car over there and we tell them what happened.. my adrenline was pumping so much that everything i did was by instinct. Now im just pissed i didnt have my XD on my.. because i would have gave the first guy 3 rounds of .40 Hydrashock....

This happened about 3 hours ago.. and my head is pounding and my eye is swollen... My buddy is ok,, he said his head is pounding also and jaw hurts bad..

Very hard lesson learned tonight!!!! Dont hesitate,, empty the freaking magazine!!!!!!

So now im sittin up paranoid as a MFer!!! I had to get on PT.net just to calm down...
and my XD hasnt left myside since,, even walked in to the Police Department with it tucked in my belt.. they didnt care.

Ok so im pissed!!!!!!! fixin to try to go to bed now... got to get up for chruch in bout 4 hours...

Sorry for the rant... but an experience like this shouldnt go untold.. and i learned the hard way... carry your freakin gun on you dont leave it in your truck!!!! I dont have my CCW yet, but ill be applying for it Monday. and ill be carrying till i get it..

DAMN bro! I'm glad you didn't empty the clip because wasting a guy even if it's a **** isn't what you want to be dealing with for the rest of your life or with the police/law. But at the same time I kinda wish you would have wasted'em! I've been attacked but not to the point where guns were pulled. Glad your alright and glad they weren't packing either.

If the guy doesnt have a knife, gun, baseball bat etc.....

and you shot him youd be in jail for manslaughter looking at 15 to life.

 

It happend so freakin fast only thing i could think about was my buddy, and gettin to my XD. If he would have kept backing up toward me there would have been 13 rounds fired, and id reload... i dont mess around, my head is still pounding this morning..

Hindsight is always 20-20, now that i know what can happen i wouldnt hesitate to waste them, just so they couldnt do it to anybody else! I dont go to the Shooting Matches for nothing, im glad i know what i do now..

dont shoot them in the back and you should be good with the law...unless you capped him in the back while he was pounding away at your buddy. just make sure if you ever do pull the trigger that its the ONLY alternative. hippies will somehow protect a **** sucker who is on your property robbing you and send you to jail after you give the POS what he deserves. it happens all the time.

damn! man, glad youre alright, looks like you learned what t do in that situation the hard way, when you learn it that way you will never forget it.

but if you would have shot him, to avoid jail time you would have had to get rid of both of the bodies like nothing ever happened

 

I know the Cheif Of Police, and half the cops in this town..

And it doesnt matter if he had a weapon or no weapon,,,, he threatened our lives and we were in fear of our lives and i had every right to put him in the ground!! This is Mississippi dude, Castle Law... heard of it?

Heck the cops that showed up asked how many rounds my XD holds..... And why i didnt empty the Magazine on them..
If he was to try to run us over then he used his car as a weapon and i wouldnt have hesitated to put one round in the back of his head..

If you are in fear of your life or life of your loved one you have every right to do what you got to do..
Or atleast down here you do.. Cop told me that when the idiot walked in acting like he had a gun, thats when i should have finished him.
