Good luck guys
Good luck guys

I have smoked for 14 years and it is time to quit (at least for me), besides my GF basically said she will not marry a smoker, and I am not about to go trying to look for a new GF so I just smoked my last cig tonight. I have allready bought the gum so that should help with the rough spots. Good Luck to eveyone!!!

I tried cigarettes in Jr High, I didn't like them so I started smoking Marijuana instead. I liked that better,I smoked Pot for 19 years and did other drugs plus drinking as well.Christmas night 1994 I smoked my last joint, New Years night 1995 I had my last drink. I got to a point where I just didn't want it anymore. Anything you do can become addicting. My best wishes to anyone out there who is trying to break an Addiction or Bad Habit.

You are not addicted and therefore, do not understand how hard it is to quit. I have a friend who only smokes when he drinks and he doesn't quite understand the addiction either. It's easy for a person that doesn't habitually use anything to say they don't understand addiction.
