Are there any visual ways to check for "sodium filled valves" Is there a color difference?

awesome thanks Rubi. Unfortunately the other deal I was looking at on Tech fell through...he said the were crap when he pulled them off the motor so he is going to use them for spare parts.

man that is way to much for all that i pay 40.00 to mill and 135 for valve job

Dang, does anyone know of a good machine shop in Houston that mills for a decent price? Everyone is saying it should only be $20-$50 per head but every place I've called wants around $100 per head. Randy man...you need to move to Houston lol.
