I know We have the green dots that lets you know if the person that did a post is still logged in but how bout an actual list that says who's online?
Similar to that of siggynation.com. Perhaps just put it next to the Ad banner.

Not really something that is a necessity but it helps to know who all is out there and would just be a nice feature.

I realize there are people that lurk and don't really want to be noticed, but they can read posts without logging in.



A cappuccino machine in the truck stop wouldn't hurt any either. And maybe a stripper pole?

There's a reason that feature is turned off. We share databases with the other three sites at the top of the page. So, basically if that was turned on, you wouldn't just get a list of who's online here.......... You'd get a list of who's online across all FOUR boards, lol.

 

Makes sense.

I'd imagine it's a topic that has been brought up before.

 

It's also a resource hog and slows the sites down. It's a nice feature but, probably won't see it coming back.
