those damn diesels, totally unexpected from such big *** trucks. anyone done the duramax swap into the 1500? j/k couldnt even imagine.

 

I raced a friend of mine in his 96 or so Camaro z28 A4. I got him of the line(4WD!!) and held him at my back bumper till about 50 when he walked passed me. haa he told me I scared him off the line tho haha...wait till my other stuff gets on and he will stay about a length back.

 

haha i love the killed storys. I dont really race much but my buddy with a 96 Z-26 M6 walks me all day long hahah but one day..... ill suprise him.

 

i got beat by a civic once.... yea turns out he runs the 1/4 in amlost 12 flat and has invested over 8k in mods alone, hes a true tuner atleast and not a ricer. It still makes me sich though.....

but hey besides it and my good friends '95 GT mustang none ove the other high school kids around here have ever beat me

 

my buddys SI now has bout 6 grand in mods . hes runnin a GSR with full bolt ons and a custom tune . hitting 13.9 on street tires now . some DR's higher compression stage 2 cams and hell be in the 12's . hes a real tuner not some ricer . and hes doing it all motor .

 

yeap, this kids is all motor too, hes got full bolt ons (including a REAL full exhaust), cam crank and pistons, vtec programmer (kicks in @ 2500 istead of 5500), and 5 spd w/short throw shifter.... thats all hes TOLD me so far, buit i know hes not on the juice.

 

2500 ?????????????/ thats hurting him . my feriend tryed programming it lower but its best around 5,000 with his set-up i guess there all different . he has alll type-r bolt on's , 98 type r header , skunk 2 type r intake manifold , injectors , fuel rails , tytpe r lsd tranny with 4.7 final drive , ported and polished tb and the intake manifold was done to , custom tune on a chrome , lowered , apexi header back exhuast with no cat , converted to obd-1 . i cant think of anything else

 

Well I have been killed once in a street race. Right after I got my truck only things I had done were 16x10 WELD Scorpions, 2in. shackles, and K&N Gen II right afterthey got released from K&N. Me and buddy that I use to Go-Kart race with are ridin up town being all cool when another boy with 00 Reg. Cab Stepside rides by and my buddy taps the hood on him, I like aw **** but ooo well later on the boy pulls me over smilin askin me if I wanted to race. I was aight lets go, I asked him what all he had done and said look at my back glass and it said Hypertech and K&N. Well I thought I was good to go even though other boy had exaust and I didnt we line up on Country road and go from a dig. He says go and I pull him by truck while he is spinning and than he passes me and while spinning and pulls me probably 8 truck lengths in probably 1/4 mile stretch(hahahaa). Me and my friend was like dammm I was in shock, later on that week I found out the boy just installed a Nitrous setup on his truck and he sprayed 125 shot on me. He taught me a valuable lesson to keep my mouth closed and to do some serious mods to my truck. But after a couple kills on some local boys I got my pride back.

 

Got Killed? Oh yeah.....I got my *** smoked by a 2WD Dodge Ram.....sumbitch went by me after I pulled 3 truck lengths on him. Later found that the ol Dodge had a nice Kenne Bell Charger in it. Poor little ol' me just Normal Aspirated.

 

you guys will learn i like a challegne . so here i am crusing back into ocala after detailing some customers cars . this old man and lady with a sun hat on lol are in the little 2 door convertable bmw , the Z or something . well i give him a lil burp as i pass him . i guess he started weavin through the threee lanes and catches mt at the red light .

hey man you kno this is a bmw sports car right? i reply with well i think it will be fun . . light changes i leave to hard and get a little spin . so does he . end of first gear i pass him , beginning of second he gets a foot or two on me . end of second i pass him again . then thrid kicks and he pulls slowly and i lay off .

i seem to think my truck likes 4,000 and up the best . it just really pulls there . anyways at the next light his wife goes niiiicccee truck and he goes damn what you got done to that thing i tell him a intake and just smile as he pulls away not so happy .
