As for me, I have a 1996 k1500 with a 5.7 vortec and over 100... as I hit 100 I was nearnig 3800 rpms on the tach, so I know its got a lot more. Rumor is that these trucks are good to 130+ stock. I will not find out because my mud tires are only rated to 89mph.

In the 1966 with a 600 horse 383 stroker and TH-350 tranny with 3.73's, I passed a camaro while he was doing 150 the other day, and I still had plenty left. I'm guessing around 165-170mph tops on that truck.

 

My top speed is 130mph for now.

 

I won't say my true top speed...but i finally used the whole speedometer....thats all i have to say...i just wish it would do it alot faster!

130 in my 440, 4 speed Challenger, 151 in the Olds when it just had the 455, 119 in the truck. Lost a buddy in a car crash last summer though, so that kinda took the wind out of my sails for top speed cruising.

 

i got my truck tuned for the first time on monday and on the way home i took it to about 10mph short of it being pegged on the speedo...wanted to push it farther but my proxes are worn out.

 

125-135mph

 

I have logged my 05 5.3 at 147 while playing with a 96 Vette on an empty interstate. Took a while to get there and the truck really was suprisingly smooth. I love my 3.23's, 147mph and 22mpg. Think I will have my drive shaft balanced before trying that again, though.
The Vette I have had 165 and it just didn't feel safe anymore, traffic and the 4.10s think I was about done anyway.

 

i love my 3.23s on the highway..i can be cruisin at 70 and hammer on it and it down shifts into second and takes off..parke10 hates it haha with his 3.73s...ya my truck did 167mph at the top of 3rd on the dyno and i was waiting for my drive shaft to shatter.

 

ive gone till 138 in my 2500 well atleast that is what my gps said

and ive gone 145+ in my old chevy when i raced a srt10 dodge truck red lined it at 7200rpm on 4th gear with 4.11 gears on the spray with my old set up

 

mine is 120. sometimes it feels a little freakish in a big truck. i was tailgating an Eclipse once. i know he was shittin bricks..lol. but i rarely go up to that high in speed.
