As for me, I have a 1996 k1500 with a 5.7 vortec and over 100... as I hit 100 I was nearnig 3800 rpms on the tach, so I know its got a lot more. Rumor is that these trucks are good to 130+ stock. I will not find out because my mud tires are only rated to 89mph.

In the 1966 with a 600 horse 383 stroker and TH-350 tranny with 3.73's, I passed a camaro while he was doing 150 the other day, and I still had plenty left. I'm guessing around 165-170mph tops on that truck.
Calculator shows 165@7000 on a 32" tire. Scary!

Not 100 percent sure of my top speed but I hit the rev limiter in 4th and had to shift into 5th, didn't pull in fifth. Mustang driver said he was pegged at 150 and he was a foot off my rear bumper. It was on a long empty stretch of SE Texas Highway. I've taken his word on the speed all this time since he does have a 150 speedo, or he could have been bsing who knows, sounded like my door seals quit working too and my engine was gonna leap out of the truck, whatever the speed it was one hell of an experience.

I've cruised right around the stock speed limiter in my Sierra around 95mph.

Pegged the speedo in the Camaro at 155mph and pulled a little past that then left off. I was probably around 160. It still had enough left to probably do 170.

Actually yeah it was still pulling hard even at that high *** speed, but in all honesty it's a cool thing to brag about and show...but wasn't anything I'd likely ever do again, at least not in a truck that big, wasn't the (smartest) thing I've ever done!

As far as the screen it's a kenwood 7.5inch indash TV...I can get you a model number if you want.
