Trying to figure out a value on a Joe Gibbs
While shopping for another RCSB, I stumbled on a low mileage (under 50k) flareside Joe Gibbs. Only, I'm not sure if it's really a Joe Gibbs or not.
It's an 05 RCSB flareside with light duty power package. Beside the original window sticker is a small Joe Gibbs sticker. It has badges, wheels, and the exhaust but no supercharger or suspension.
It's pretty much as mint as an 05 can be. Still has the original tires which need to be replaced.
Anybody has an idea what this thing is worth?

Oh well, back to the search I guess. Even mint with really low miles, he won't take less than $14k for it and it needs tires.
If anyone has a nice RCSB 5.3 with low miles in great shape, I'm looking.

Gibbs Value
In 2007 I bought and still own an extended cab '05 Gibbs Silverado (White). The paperwork had the truck at $35,500 with the Gibbs options. Here's a list of what it has:
20s (JGR)
Corsa exhaust
Gibbs Fascia and Spoiler
JGR white face gauges
All the correct badging on the exterior
De-leafed rear suspension
Interior JGR # plaque
Gibbs floormats
No Baer brakes, no supercharger, no Gibbs seats
I paid $19,500 and it had just over 19k miles. She was my daily driver was several years but since maybe put 3k miles on it in close to 3 years. Speedo says 93XXX.
So yes.. mine is very much just a pretty 1500. Add $5k for the supercharger and brake upgrade? Sure. If you like it buy it. I wouldn't sell mine for less than $14k. I like it too much. Unless you need to go fast in a five thousand pound rig, you aren't gonna win a ton of street races even with the supercharger. Hell.. my wife's ATS runs a 14sec quarter at over 100mph. I guess it's worth whatever you think it's worth. Good luck with the search, I am sure you can find one for less than 14.

Teching In
I just picked up a 2005 Tahoe (every add-on except the seats) for $11500. Pricing isnt much more than what the Z71 packages go for. Its hard to price them since the VIN #s dont pull up and Gibbs information. Insurance thinks its just a LS Tahoe lol
