RST brake problem

if they had a zo6 or a zr1 you know damn well they would have pulled that car into the shop at closing. so why not a flashy pick up. and then they want you to pay them $250 bucks plus claim it on your insurance and hike your rates. total BS.

i would threaten to write a letter to GM in detroit bout this. the last thing a dealership owner wants to get a call from it is GM HQ. that is how i got warranty work done on my RST with the dealer was blown me off. now when i go in there they are like what can we do for you today Mr. Williams. lol. it is great. if you complain loud enough and the right way the owner wont want that bad publicity out there and he should work with you in some way, if not go all out and be the loudest sob in the join so the other customers will get worried bout workin with this dealer. lol, just my $.02

That sucks! The worst part is they make you sign that service agrement that says they aren't responsible for any damage to the vehicle! Which is bullshit! I would definitley go and complain! Raise hell!
