Default Performance Chip? Questions, looking to get some more out of my '03 Blue ss

Looking to get some more out of my truck! I was looking at trying to find some chips for gas, im getting my cold air this week, thinking about mass air sens. I have the awdss. Not sure if it comes with an aluminum drive shaft but i have one on it.

Really just looking for ideas and things to do to it this year. Its been awhile for me playin around with enignes an stuff, i was looking last night and saw that there are a lot of new things out there, so please help, and ideas

search man...NO CHIPS!!! Atleast a mail order tune, if not a dyno tune, cai, headers...JUST USE THE SEARCH BUTTON

Our trucks have an on-board computer system called a PCM. You cant 'chip' it but you can alter the program with a tuner like HP tuner or EFI Live.

Forget the Mass Airflow swap, your stock one is good. Stick around here a bit and ask questions, read the different sections of the forum and you will learn a lot!

Ok then, no chips!! ya im looking at headers, it has duals on it, not sure what brand it is. Iv only had the truck for 2 months, and trying to get ideas. I away from my home working so i dont have anywhere to work on it, and spend time with it. But thanks im looking at everyones posts and silveradoss.com trying to get ideas for this spring. Thanks

look at PCMFORLESS for a tune. He owns a silvy ss so he can computer tune it pretty good. A shift kit and some vette servos help the life of the tranny. Not sure how much power your wanting or how much money you want to spend.
