With all I've done to my truck I passed. Just make sure the cats are in the stock location. They didnt even get on there knee's to look under mine. I hope this helps. I allways worried about passing the emissions also but it passed with no problems.

What part of Md are you from?

They plug into your OBD-II plug under your dash to see if you have codes, readiness tests are passed, emmision related items all check out.

I have the dyna's. Passed. I have gutted cats...passed. I was loping and still passed. I have my rear o2's turned off which means I haven't passed the Catalyst Readiness test in the pcm yet...passed. You'll be fine unless there is a trouble code of some sort (which headers could give you some) and you haven't passed more than one readiness test. My **** is LOUD and they only plugged into me. I imagine I won't be so lucky one of these days.

As Breeze asks, where ya from? and Welcome aboard!

I bought my dyna's directly from them, I had a local guy here to me (a good friend who races monster trucks) help me pull my motor, do other work, put headers in...blah blah.

I work in Gaithersburg, live in Brunswick/Knoxville area (15 minutes) west of Frederick. Yeh soon enough we need to have a MD get together. Speed doesn't matter! Hopefully looks doesn't either!!!!LOL Hell, Breeze has both categories covered, looks and speed. He's got it all!!!LOL

I went to penn pontiac for my warrenty claims. they fixed everything but my rear when it took a ****. They have to prove that the parts you have,is what caused the problem. I had long tubes no cats and intake for all the other claims with out any probs.

i am out of warranty, but just like mangled said, they have to prove the modification is directly the cause the part that "could" be covered under warranty. Not "Well by increasing the HP on the vehicle it's specifications are no longer valid. The part that broke can't handle that new HP." LOL
