Hey guys, I just picked up a Silverado SS. The previous owner had it lowered and I would like to bring it back up to stock height, possibly a little higher. I know the front is just torsion bars - the owner gave me the stock keys. The only problem I ran into is that I need new front leaf spring brackets(hangers). The only place I could find them is at GM for $322+tax and labour is $375 to bring it back up. I'm looking at $700 for this. I can' justify spending that for just 2-2.5" lift. What do you guys recommend? Is there an aftermarket hanger which gives me stock or above stock height?

Oh and its AWD - I live in Canada and do not like it lowered as i'll be using it as a truck quite a bit.

I'd just try to buy a set of stock hangers from someone on here who's lowered, I'm sure plenty of guys have some lying around.

Somebody will be willing to trade you their stock hangers for your lowering hangers.
