I see that you've got the 160* t-stat, you should get a custom tune to help your truck utilize the extra richness your computer is being fooled into doing.

I've got the 6.0 low output and get about 11.5 around town and 14.5 on the highway. But the highway mileage is running at 80+ mph.

13.2 isn't terrible, I've got a 2004 SSS and I get 13.7. I'm not the most conservative driver by any means either. Definitly get a tune though, you will see a change depending on your wants and needs.

Before tune: 14.1

After Nelson: >17
Including tune, '05 e-fans, 160* tstat, '05 K&N intake, Thorleys, Flo-Pro Muffler

GET A TUNE!! Nelson is the man.

On average around town i used to get 15mpg, on the high way i would get upper teens. I would try a tune to get better mpg.

I definitely have to agree with that, I got an increase in mileage with my Nelson tune. I went on a 100 mile roundtrip yesterday and averaged between 17-18mpg on the highway.

With ~1800 miles I went to California on my truck and averaged 16.8 HWY. On the way back I was getting ~17.5. I already had my Aem Brute Force CAI.

Now I have the Pacesetter Long tubes, 160 t-stat, and no cats with a wait 4 me tune and it didnt get any better at all. I cant get rid of SES codes either though so that may have something to do with it. I had my rear 02s shut off and when my tune came in they were still throwing rear 02 codes. I sent it back to Jesse again and when I got it back I ran 100 miles no problem, but I have another rear 02 code. I was expecting to be around 18-19mpg but not till I get all this stuff figured out.

Keep in mind mine only has 4300 miles and is a 2wd SS

I got 17.5mpg and 16.8mpg highway with the first 700 miles on my SS. The last tank I got 15.1mpg mostly highway but, some city driving mixed in. I wasn't as easy on the last tank either. It should get better once the motor gets some more miles on it, still very tight.

I've been getting around 14.3 mpg. This is almost all city. On highway if I keep it below 2000 rpm I get around 18. Above 2000 rpm it's around 15-17.
