for users like smokeshow, atomic and other 4wd race guys do u recommend going from 2wd to 4wd? i have a hand full of junkyards local where i can get parts from, how much work is it and is it possible to do it clean and working like original?
seems like 2wd and traccion on the street doesnt go in the same sentence
i wish i could get traccion like smokeshow does in a push of a botton on the street

You'd never catch me in a race like that, everyone knows better! Except some brave liter bikes lol

I've been eyeing getting an AWD SS for two main reasons. 1) Less likely to be ragged out 2) AWD.
For me, I have no interest in 2wd, even switchable. I want AWD all the time and I don't want to have to think about it.
I would love to build a 500-600 rwhp AWD street bruiser that could go from stoplight to stoplight and run on wawa **** with no concerns.

And if there is no reason in-particular you have an ex cab, id make a rcsb awd truck and put your setup in it, would be ahead in the long run..
I sometimes miss the ability to get sideways, and the smell of tire smoke, but i still wouldnt change the fact i have awd. In fact i still prefer it 99% of the time all year round, enough so i bought a mini me version project ive always wanted to build..

A VHO or Vmax on the other hand is basically the same truck in disguise. With out the badges, who would know the difference between that and your average Truck??? Since on a torsion bar frame just swap in the AWD parts...

lol yeah very rare I get runs like that now that everyone in this little town knows I'm 4wd, they all want to stick to roll races lol... every now and then I get that cocky guy who doesn't know better who thinks his car is the fastest **** around and dig races me. Always funny
