Thanks fellas, and shout out to Richard, Atomic for getting this start up tune dialed in. I’m itching to break this motor in and see how this thing feel so with boost.
Been having some issues with tuning the Hughes 4l80 swap trans but on a positive note, I finally finished the mounting of the AFR500 wideband, boost, fuel pressure, ethanol % content and 2 step toggle switch.
Thanks Bud, no the fuel pressure is psi. The trucks off just in accessory. Both 450 pumps don’t seem to hold line pressure once the truck is shut down. I thought the Wally’s had check valves to prevent this.
Got a cheap $10 set of wheel center caps and SS vinyl decals for the Cosmis wheels. I prefer a flush center cap over a giant plastic button sticking out of the center.
I also got everything in the engine compartment done. It was a little nerve racking for the initial startup with a new motor, trans, turbo, entire e85 fuel system so on and so on. Atomic supplied the start up tune but engine shuts down after 30 seconds going into REP mode with a handful of codes.

Most aftermarket FPR’s say right in the instructions they are not designed to hold pressure with the pump off. Mine included.
As long as it fires right up normal it’s a non issue.

Yeah, my Aeromotive X1 says the same thing in the manual. It does fire right up when turning the ignition from off to start. But if I turn to accessory and wait a bit before turning it over, it takes a few seconds before firing up.
