Started on the installation of new parts:



Cam and LS2 dogbone are in



Rocker trunion upgrade is in



Front is buttoned up



Powder coated a bunch of stuff satin black for the engine bay



Heads are ready for reassembly

 

Got the heads assembled and reinstalled tonight!








Also powder coated my throttle body!

I really like the aluminum/black look.

 

Ceramic coated my headers, Y pipe and catback will get done when i pull the bed to do the fuel pump.



Finished up. I did install the short oil filler neck as well its just not in the picture.

Well got the truck together, had 1 small issue that should be resolved today and then ill be data logging to send off to justin (its got a baseline tune now). One issue i have is a P0016 code related to cam position. Im wondering if that is related to the VVT delete?
