I have the 11140 with center inlet. If you have a 04-06 truck you can follow the instructions on the retro radix install on Magnacharger's website. Also since I didnt have a foam sleeve to mount it in I just used an old piece of radiator hose, worked perfect.

gotchya. i have an '02 but i cannot imagine the senders being too much different. Or am i completely wrong?

That I dont know. I think they are different just not sure how much. Hopefully someone that knows can chime in...

Even if they are I think its pretty easy to make it work regardless of the inlet.

Would like to know if the radiator hose worked fine? I to do not have the sleeve and will need to rig something up.

In the long run I am not sure the radiator hose is going to hold up to fuel. Just a something to consider.
