Snow makes a boost pressure switch (#81080) set is adjustable from 2-24psi. I'm sure they work fine but with such catastrophic consequences if it fails, I'd lean toward a traditonal 4lbs Hobbs switch. You can pick one up from your local Napa auto parts #701-1575.

It's adjustable from 3.1 to 7.7psi and is a true Hobbs brand switch. I'm going to use one one these to activate my 2nd pump and set it to 7psi. At 3 or 4 psi, the 2nd pump would be turning on/off anytine I gave it more than a 1/4 throttle.
