Eh, eventually I guess. Did I mention my trans broke at the same time? I have my turbo stuff up for sale and need to send the engine and trans back this week to get them looked at/ fixed.

I know the issue of compressed distance in the tank came up somewhere, well I finally measured yesterday and there is roughly 12 3/4" from the bottom of the tank to the bottom of the top of the hole.

I dont know how i missed this thread. Why does the venturi fill the bucket on a stock setup and not on a twin pump?

Because it would be too inconvenient to route the lines back in an OE fashion with a 2nd pump smashed in there. Without custom fabrication like the squash stuff it would almost be impossible lol. I'm not even sure if his has that functionality.

Is it a good idea to lower the bucket wall height so you can fill the bucket at a lower fuel level? Also when tying the pumps, y, and bulkhead together, should the bucket be compressed or elongated? Ie I'm worried it might be to tight if I don't get the length of hose just right.

Needs to be roughly the height it sits in the tank.

You want the wall height as tall as possible. The returned fuel will fill the bucket, you want it to stay as full as possible.

Thanks atomic! I was wondering why you stopped answering my questions on the dual setup, then I ran into this thread I'm almost done piecing mine together. Ill use your 12 3/4 measurement as a base for the height. This thread needs to move to fueling systems from forced injection.

For those of you that have converted to the return style, what are you all doing with the stock venturi? Is a return line alone enough to fill the bucket, or should I put a T after the fuel pump and tie it into the venturi?

I have the return line dump directly back into the bucket and have never had a problem with it, but the bucket is intact as well.
