I bought the DJM 2" shackles...they were on sale 20% off. They haven't come in yet....hopefully tomorrow, if not, on Monday for sure. I'm only planning on going down an inch in the back.

Yep, the alignment is pretty wacked out right now. I guess that's what I get from going to 2" over stock to 2" below

This is late and im pissed i didnt catch you in time...i wanted to warn you ahead of time about the fishing line thing. My buddy did it on his and totally ruined the look of the debadge look...heat gun and lots of time rolling the tape with ur thumb...best way to do it. Looks very fresh tho man really nice with that color paint.

I've takin moldings & trim off b4. As I said ealier, tried the fishline. Only once & it was on my truck('04) because of hearing about on PT. It scratched too much, then I had to wheel scratches out. Previously, I tried various combos, at least somewhere in the process I use some heat since I've used w/ plenty of success.

Shackles came in today Got the stance/ride height all set.

Three things left to do...

1. Install 2wd u-bolts
2. Align front end
3. Install new tires and wheels

Getting close!

Looks good so far. Couple of questions. Is that just mud on the passenger side or is that rock chips? Please say just mud!
Also what brand bed cover is that and do you like it? Pros, cons?
Sorry I am a little late but I heard of using an eraser wheel to de-badge vehicles. It takes the crap off without any marks. I am gonna pick one up tomorrow to try out.

It was road paint. See the last pic I posted....it's all been removed

Cover is a Pace Edwards Jackrabbit. I like it a lot. Pros - looks nice, rolls up and out of the way. Cons - you give up about 8" of bed length.
