Default wheels for my 454ss

i got a 90 ss truck and im wanting to put a set of weld draglites 15x12 but im not sure which ones to order cause im not sure on the backspacing bc i want them to fit flush with the finder can anyone help??

i think 12 inch wide wheels are going to stick out from the fenders unless you have it mini-tubbed or something, 10 inch is the widest you can go without hitting the springs or sticking out from the fenders. i could be wrong though, its been almost 2 years since i have even messed with my 454SS

To be honest with you, on the 454SS I like the OEM wheels the best. In fact that is one of my favorite wheels on that body style.

dont worry about backspacing, its offset u need. for my truck its like a +24 offset and its an inch and a half out of the fenders. I have a +0 offset right now on my 17x9s and theyre just maybe 3/4 or 1/2 an inch out of the fender. The most u can do is a XXx10. But its gonna be tought, easier than mine since its 5 lug, but it'll be tough if u go bigger than a 10 without narrowing the rearend or anything

10inch rim is all I was able to get under my truck with the factory rear end.
Its been a while, but I think they had 6inch backspace.

should be either 5.5inch or 6inch backspacing, cant remember
