Shouldn't rub at all; I think they'll be fine on the 18's. Some even run 275/55 20's on a 2/4 which is almost 32" tall and rubbing is minimal id at all. If going with a 20 I'd say 285/50; if going with an 18 I'd say 265/60 or a 285/55. I guess you could do a 285/60 on the 18's but I think they look goofy.
