Wheel spacers, who's using them?

Wheel spacers, who's using them?
I don't see a lot of posts re: wheel spacers, are a lot of yoou guys using them? I got almost 5 inches of difference front to rear tire width. Is it just me or does this bug anyone else? Any solutions besides spacers?
