Default TrailBlazer SS Functional Cowl Induction Hood

Here are some pictures of the hood all mounted and aligned. No trimming was necessary at all, this is straight out of the shipping crate and a few hours of me being **** with the alignment. I even cut the top of the stock airbox open to match the hood and will pick up a seal for it.

i remember you recently posting up info on your intake tube but i cant seem to find it. do you remember what you posted it under.

Your truck is freaking SWEET!!!!!! That hood is a great finishing touch!! BTW do you still run a MAF?

Looks great! Does the hood open fine? Looks like the cowl goes back pretty far and would hit the wiper cowl or wipers. Might just be the angles though

You just have to make sure not to crank it open too far. I have plans to have a little trimmed off the back because I still use the prop rod. The other members getting this hood are using the hood struts so they will stop before contact.

I run a Lingenfelter 100mm MAF with my setup.

I like it, however I really think the cowl should have flowed into the front of the hood smoother, but none the less :thumbsup:
