There's a thread on GMFS about these. They appear to be a GMC wheel that has the plastic chrome cladding on them. Pull the cladding off & this is what you've got:
08-11 ESCALADE ESV EXT 20" MACHINED SILVER T/O WHEELS - eBay (item 300588072717 end time Sep-11-11 12:59:34 PDT)

gotta figure out how to get $650 real quick.

Get me some sandpaper, a drill & buffing wheel, white rouge & they'd be tight!
