There's a thread on GMFS about these. They appear to be a GMC wheel that has the plastic chrome cladding on them. Pull the cladding off & this is what you've got:

gotta figure out how to get $650 real quick.
Get me some sandpaper, a drill & buffing wheel, white rouge & they'd be tight!

Here's another one with some 5 spokes off a chevy:

They both look like fikse to me.
If I do change em, it's to put up the VHO rims & keep em in good shape for when it's like 20 yrs old.
