I was planning on changing the steering wheel because it's marred in certain spots my hand would run over. Not sure how that's possible for a 2016. So I figured I'd try painting the threads. This is the result. The bleed off you see on the leather is no longer there.
I used a red fabric paint marker. I looks a bit pinkish in the pic, but it's not. I actually used 400 sandpaper on the marred spots and it came out ok for now.
