so i have a 2002 model silverado and it is pewter for now and im sick of it! my favorite color is red so i was wonting to go with victory red.
:next i was getting rid of all badges, moldings and the tailgate cap with a handle relocator kit also.
:was also going to paint match the mirrows and the door handles and leave a the chrome strip just in actual handle of the door.
: now to the front end, im getting a cowl hood with black stipes, i am for sure painting the upper bumper pad but what else to paint.? paint the chrome bumper and the whole grille to match? paint the bumper and leave the grille alone? paint the outer shell and leave the chrome bar? what to do?

If i paint match the whole front red with the exception of the lower valence(leave it black) will it look too red?

personally i would paint the bottom valance too and leave the bumper chrome, paint the grill shell and get billet inserts and either chrome or billet bowtie. just my opinion anyways
