Default Some clean truck pics

Washed the truck and applied

3m rubbing compound
1 coat of meguiars quick wax
2 coats of quick detailer
more pics coming as we speak

New mods:
Bent bumper (not new 2 months old)
Painted bowtie!

Not the greatest picture but looking good. You used rubbing compund on the finish? That is some abrasive stuff.

Only on some deep scratches wich my nail would catch on now i only feel them very light and its faded, it was rated at 2000 grit that pic was with my phone

Hey GREAT pic for a cell phone! Guess they have different grits for rubbing compound. The stuff I have laying around would scrub things up badly. Post up some more!

i did my hood with the 3m and this is how it looks like with the 3m 1 coat of quick wax and 2 of quick detailer. More coming later my phone does not like to send pics from my house

I bought some other rubbing compound from turtle and tryed it in my bed first the damn thing took the clear coat off good thing it was only like 2 square inches though

try using polish on that part where you think the clear is rubbed off. most likely its not. your suposed to use a polish after any compound then wax over the polish

The part i did was on the inside of the bed under my mat so i dont worry bout as much, now if it was on the outside part of the bed that would be another story!
