Default smaller steering wheel?

My wife's Focus has a tiny little steering wheel, almost go-kart like, and its neato. I'd kinda like a bit smaller wheel in my Sierra, but I've got this feeling that the spokes won't line up and it'll look like crap. I've never been inside a Trailblazer, but are the steering wheels a smaller diameter than those in the fullsize trucks? The next important thing is: are the airbags shaped the same? At the moment, higher priced mods are out of reach for me, but I figure if I can chip away at it, maybe I'll end up with something as cool as what I see on here.
Thanks,
J

I think the TB has the exact same wheel as a FS. That's only using my calibrated eyeball, though, I'm not 100% on that.
