Default Silverado Cowl Removal

Has anyone pulled the plastic cowl grille off their truck? From what I can tell, there are a few clips that look like they hold it on. Just wanted to see if I'm missing something before I pull it off.

I know on the 99-02s there is a clip on both sides of the grille shell and a 10mm holding it in. I think. Think theres a few clips also to take off.

It's been a while since I've done it so I'm not positive. Pop the two sides of the cowl off by the hood hinges and I believe there is a bolt or two in there, pull up the piece of rubber that covers the hinges first and check before you start pulling on those pieces. Also remove the windshield wipers.
