yeah i took mine off because they were white and were turning a light brown color. plus the 06 trim is a little fatter and well.. uglier. lol the risk of dings sure is there afterwards though. 2 weeks afer i took mine off someone pinged me in wal mart. a barely noticeable crease alllllllll the way down the door...
