Default side molding

has anyone taken off the badging and side molding on a 07-09 gmc sierra or silverado. also advice on removing them. heard you could use floss to get the double sided tape off.

I use a blow drier took a ahwileesults came out good, then wax it or buff it after so u wont see the shadow. theres also emblem removers at local body shop suppliers. thats wat I used.

do yall have any pictures or know of anyone on here that has a nbs truck with out the side molding? or your personal opinions if they look good with or without them.

I agree with Rage_89. I used an eraser wheel for my 99 OBS. It's well worth the money, and my truck came out great. I picked mine up from car quest.

Take fishing line and drag it between the molding and the paint. It'll cut through the tape, then you can use the 3M wheel to buff it off.

I used a heat gun to get the molding off, then clay bar to get the last bits and pieces.
