Default side exhaust

This is how I did it there's a space between the chasis and the cab right in front of the evap canister. You will have to do some drastic bending to make the left (driver side) around; and over the driveshaft.I use 2 1/2" pipe which give enough room to clear the space with no rattling but you can use 3". The best way is to use a short muffler (14" long) and install it right after the connection in the intermidiate pipe but beware this will put the muffler right under the pass. seat and it will be laugh.I did it myself but any competent exhaust shop may be able to do it.

Guys,

My local Mieneke shop installed the muffler, dual outlet, and ran dual pipes back about 18", bent them outward to exit in front of the rear tires, and welded slotted tips onto them. They look and sound great, PLUS, when you're blowing off the local Ford guy, your exhaust tips are blasting him in the ear when you go past him.
