I've done back to back comparisons on the et streets vs. bfg drag radials on another truck I used to own. It was an 85 GMC with 454, th400 and 3.42 gears. Radials were .2 slower on the time but 2 mph faster. They didn't hook quite as good, but offer lower rolling resistance on the topend hence the better mph. Thats just my assumption.

I am debating one way or the other. No real reason for me to pull the tubes since they are there. Only reason would be for weight but they only weigh 3-5 lbs each tube. Not much of a differance event at the wheels.

i had 29.5x9x15 et drags with a wrinkle wall. no tubes. held air for at least a week cause every other day for awhile it was being pulled out to run.
also i ran stock tires up front which are radials.. and had sway but nothing that wasnt fun to hold on to
