Default Shouldn't have any more traction problems.

I was hooking OK on street tires but with running nitrous next time and the cold temps at the end of the year I figured it was time to step up and make sure I have plenty of traction!

I got them at the very end of the day at work and only had time to mount them. I will balance them tomorrow and get them on the truck! Then time to play for a minute and wait till the 21st when I go the track again!

28x11.5x16 I paid $185 each plus tax. I work for a tire shop so I mounted them and got free tubes.

They are bias so yes you have to run tubes. I was debating on going bias or radial and after asking over on ls1 and calling Mickey Thompson I decided to go bias. They offer more traction expecialy for a truck since it becomes an issue easier than in a car. The tires are signifigantly lighter but with a tube they weigh about the same as the radial fo the same size.

nice. be carefull running bias on the rear and radials on the front. The truck will like to skate around a little on the top end of the track when you mix the two

Yea I am looking to find some bias for the front but I am not worried about it really. In all actuality the bias will cause the truck to "walk" around and the radials will roll straight like they always have.
