I like lifted trucks, just not sky high. Personally, your truck...I would o with a 6 to 7" lift and proportionally sized wheels and tires. To tall to me says all show, no go. "What get mud on my pretty truck???" I like the useable look, something that says "I have a badass truck and am not afraid to get dirty"

I knew this question would have mixed answers I would use this as a daily drive when I want to drive a truck. I tow a 24" boat (10-20 miles each way) and a 24' enclosed car hauler that weighs in at about 10,000lbs. Trips with this one range from 120 miles to New England Dragway to tracks on the eastern part of the US so the ride has to be good with a trailer behind it. I don't use the bed to often but is can be some work to lift some things an extra foot into the bed. I was reminded of this when I loaded my lifted '02 this weekend. It's good to be able to drive anywhere though. I might just flip a coin to decide

Lift that sucka!!!!!!! You dont need another street cruzer with that GTO in the drive way. Oh and dont forge the 300M. Oh ya and did i mention the C6 on the way. Its good to be Tom
We only live once

The 300C is getting a few more visual upgrades -

The new grill really brings out the front of the car. HIDs will be going in the low beams and driving lights soon and then it will be time for performance mods when they are finally available.

Tom, you have the best lift kit on the market for your truck, and now you're having second thoughts? Slap the Cognito on, you won't be disappointed!

Stock height, nice rims. Save the cash on the lift for a tranny upgrade and then you can roll with 1,000 ft/lbs of smoking fast diesel. It is fun wasting unsuspecting victims with a crew cab truck.

This way you don't need a crazy drop hitch to tow safely and you can unhook the tow truck at the track and whip some ***.

That's the look I was thinking about if I didn't lift the truck but... we got close to 3 feet of snow here over the weekend and will be getting another 7-10" today. I drove the Sierra in the snow Sunday. I think that pushed me over the edge to do the lift

Well from what I have seen, every truck you have had recently has been in the air (of course I may be wrong) I would say, risking the fear of sounding cliche, dare to be different. plus like others have said slammed trucks look tough as hell...

On the other hand, a jacked up diesel with some badass 24's on it would look bad ***... just not in the "My truck will whip your trucks *** on the strip." More like "My truck will kick your trucks *** because I can run it over without even trying..."

Moregrip, Im sorry I came off that way, I have more animosity towards the guy who has the hd at my school because he has small *** tires and ugly rims. Your truck looks awesome, I love the look, I dunno I guess I like both looks but they gotta be done right. Some people around here just have no taste so it just makes me think lift the damn thing or leave it stock. Now what do you think of these wheels for the summer time for my whip http://www.wheelsforless.com/images/eagle/114.jpg the things are only $160 a piece! and they look identical to weld racing velocity 8's which is what I wanna get to replace my mountain crushers.
