Default rotor question

i want to find some decent priced slotted/drilled front rotors for my 07 classic sierra. the ones i looked at on ebay list as 2000-2004....

will those fit my truck, or has something changed in the last few years on the braking??

my OEM brakes and stopping power SUCK
front disc/rear drum.... i need something cooler!'

thanks for any suggestion, or links you guys could provide.

I think 05 or 06 the front rotors got bigger (13" vs 12"). I think I read somewhere about people direct swapping the old rear disc setup from the 2000-2004s onto the new trucks. I would be more than happy to sell you my rear (stock) disc brakes, I want to upgrade my rear to the Tahoe 2 piston calipers.

I have a brand new set of Alumasports for sale that will do the job.
