Default roll pan/bumper weight?

how much does the stock rear bumper weigh? and how much does a steel roll pan weigh? and the last question, how much less does a fiberglass/urethane roll pan weigh? i am leaning towards getting a steel one, but if the fiberglass one weighs a lot less i will go with that one. thanks

The steel pan is only about 6-7 pounds give or take a few. Dunno about the glass pan but i imagine it can't go more then 5 pounds. I would go with the steel pan so that you can weld it in.

i wouldnt recomend molding in a rollpan on a stepside bed. its just asking for cracks. if it were fleetside i would say go for it but way too many people have problems with rollpans cracking right where it meets the bed on the stepsides.

that sounds about right... thats quite a bit of weight to drop in the rear, makes sense why ppl relocate the battery back there now, lol.
