Yes good call guys. Use a clay bar like Clay Magic or something. (I pulled my moldings before I knew about clay bars) Clay bars are awesome! If you ever want it to be as smooth as the day you bought it, wash, clay bar it, then wax.

I think the goof off he is referring to above is actually called GOO GONE and yes it works like a charm with everything everytime.

When I did mine. I used one of those wheels for taking off pinstripe and adhesive. Its about a 4" white wheel that you put in your die grinder. It takes it off like an eraser. Worked great and doesn't harm the paint either.

There is a GOO GONE and a GOOF OFF. I've seen them both.
