How do I make my Picture smaller for my Signature?

Come on guys, Id like to add my picture of my truck to my sig but im too stupid. someone help me out

open microsoft paint
click File then open
select the picture
select "image" then "stretch/skew"
type in the percentage you want to reduce it
If it's 10"X10" and you enter in 50% and 50%, it will be 5"X5".
save as
done.

EDIT: you need to keep the percentage numbers the same, otherwise it will skew the picture.

You can also crop the top and bottom off by selecting the area you want and doing cut and paste.

Well it made it smaller but still cant get it to up load. sorry im an idiot.

go to photobucket.com and start an account
upload the photo
copy the "image" link(the 3rd one under the picture) directly into the text box of your sig
