This truck is amazing! With 260 miles on it, I went by my friend's Marble/Granite yard yesterday. Just for the hell of it we loaded up a 3500 lb skid of granite slabs in the bed and drove around town. Man, this engine didn't even bat an eye at all that weight, the suspension hardly sagged and the tires didn't have one bit of squoosh to them!!! Nice truck Big Mike. We have a couple HD Silverado 6.0 liter trucks in our fleet and I have a <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" /> man sized <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" /> 8.1 liter Silverado HD with a <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" /> man sized <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" /> 8' bed as my personal truck <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> The 8.1 liter is a torque monster <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

The 8 foot bed holds one heckava lot of more empty beer cans than the 6 foot bed. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I put alot of thought into this truck before I ordered it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Tom, Yeah, I know it's a "baby" pickup, but I have 2 International 4900 dump trucks, with a tandems to take car of my heavy work!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_images/icons/tongue.gif" /> My pickup is just for doing light to moderate work, for now. My Father is alrady debating on converting my pick-up into a dump body, LOL!!
