I put them in at the end of dune season. I havent really used them yet. I will see in aug. I mounted them to some brackets I made to attach to the bumper. They bounce TOO much right now. I am going to have to weld in a cross bar to attach them to. There is another GMC that is prerunnered and has FOUR of the lights behind the grill! I was too afraid of cooling issues to put 4 of them back there.

The lights are definitely nice to have. I got really lucky on mine....The lights I had were too big for the mounting locations on the bull bar, interfered with the bend in the bar cause they were too wide apart. I stuck them through the license plate holes in the bumper and they happened to line up exactly with the bull bar.....phew.

Hey thunder what kind of lights are those and how do you like them Im thinkin of gettin a set of aux lights for the deer lease this season. You too OCBC whatcha got?

I got PIAA 80PRO XT pencil beams, they also make them in driving and fogs

385,000 candle power they are some bright mother f***ers, good for seeing and for blinding your friends. Not street legal, so I'm careful where I turn them on.

I picked up the hella 500 fogs. then I dropped in a 135w bulb. MUCH brighter. they will deffinitely light stuff up.
