So udate on the NBS Fleet bed is that the guy im builing it for is not very reliable. Ita a hit or miss getting a hold of him to come down and get it finished.. so far here is where im at.
I have a cardboard model thats 90% accurate/correct. There is 2 things that is pereventing me from being able to produce the wing.
1. I need to verify the location of the last hole on passenger side. It seems that the distance between the last 2 holes is different the first 2 and i dont know if ALL of the step side beds are like this. If someone can help me verify this, i would really apreciate it and well help speed the process up.

2. I need someone to be the first to purchase one so he can verify and do a Q.A Check. Mainly becuase my current guy is not reliable (I will work closely with whom ever wants to be the first buyer, i will also give the person a $80 discount)

Below are some pics of the cardboard wing. Keep in mind that it is just a template.

Ive also been working on a wing for the 2008-2013 trucks. Im pretty close to getting thise one wrapped up as well. Just need to find someone who is willing to let me take off their plastic tailgate cap to do some final fitting.

505Cubes, where are you located? I have a Pewter 2003 Silverado RCSB Stepside (fiberglass tonneau) will this work with the tonneau I have?

Where are you located?

I'm located in Idaho. Unfortunately, The wing will not work with an "over the rail" type tonneau cover such as a fiberglass one. There are many different styles and it is extremely difficult to make one for every hard shell tonneau cover out there. The wing will only work with a "Flush" tonneau cover such as a soft or foldable one.
HOWEVER, I do not mind making a "custom fit" wing for someone with a tonneau cover. As long as i have full and constant access to the truck to take measurements and to do some test fitting. Which here in Idaho, street trucks are practically non existing.

I would have to move the holes on the triangle shape mounts. Which i can easily do. But you would have to still drill 4 holes and install 4 Rivet Nuts for the wing to bolt on.
