Adam's Americana is amazing, but i usually use Meguiar's NXT 2.0 and some cleaner wax. As a rule of thumb, always use a clay-bar before waxing. it helps the wax adhere to your paint.

Feel free to shoot me an email if you need some advice on what specifically you need to meet your needs. Wax of course is only part of the equation... you'll want a claybar (like was mentioned) and at least a basic surface prep polish. Dylan@AdamsPolishes.com

I'd also HIGHLY recommend looking at picking up our car shampoo. Most car soaps on the market actually will shorten the life span of your wax, ours is PERFECTLY pH balanced and will never strip the wax from your finish. No sense in waxing if the soap you use ends up pulling right off the finish the next time you wash. Its also highly concentrated, foams up extremely well, and offers great lubricity.
